Centraflow AI

Terms of Service

Effective October 3, 2026 · Centraflow Pvt Ltd

These terms explain how Centraflow AI works, how the 7-day free trial and subscriptions are billed through Paddle, and your rights and responsibilities.

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Centraflow Pvt Ltd, a company registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), with its registered address at R-1,2, Lehtrar Road, Khanna Dak, Islamabad, Pakistan (“Centraflow”, “we”, “us”). They govern your access to and use of Centraflow AI, our web application for turning notes and source material into structured, editable mindmaps (the “Service”).

By creating an account, starting a free trial or otherwise using the Service you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

The Service lets you:

  • write or paste notes, or import text from text files, PDFs and images;
  • generate and edit a structured outline in our mindmap format with AI assistance and inline suggestions;
  • preview, theme and export the resulting mindmap, and keep projects and generation history in your account.

Features may change over time. We may introduce additional plans in the future; any plan that is not shown on our Pricing page is not currently offered.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You sign in with a Google or GitHub account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials with Google or GitHub secure. Tell us promptly at omar@centraflow.tech if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Plans, free trial and billing

Merchant of Record. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your purchase is also subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms. Payment details are collected and processed by Paddle; we never see your full card number.

Plans and prices. The price of each plan, its billing interval (monthly or annual) and the taxes that apply to you are shown on our Pricing page and again at checkout before you pay. Prices may include or exclude sales tax, VAT or similar taxes depending on your location.

7-day free trial. New subscribers may start a 7-day free trial of the Individual plan. A payment method is required to start the trial. You are not charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the trial converts automatically into a paid subscription and Paddle charges your payment method the plan price shown at checkout. A trial may be offered once per customer, and we may refuse or end a trial where we reasonably suspect abuse.

Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods equal to your initial billing interval (one month or one year) and you authorise Paddle to charge your payment method for each renewal until you cancel. If a payment fails, Paddle may retry it, and we may suspend or end your access if it cannot be collected.

Price changes. We will give you advance notice of any price increase, and where required by law we will ask for your consent. If you do not accept an increase you may cancel before it takes effect.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time using the “Manage subscription” option in the Service or the link in your Paddle confirmation email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (or the end of the trial, if you cancel during it), you keep access until then and you are not charged again.

Refunds are described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory withdrawal or refund rights you have as a consumer.

6. Your content

“Your Content” means the notes, files, outlines, mindmaps and other material you submit to or create with the Service. You keep all rights in Your Content. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, transmit and display Your Content solely to operate, secure and provide the Service to you, including sending it to the AI providers described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use Your Content to train our own models.

You confirm that you have the right to submit Your Content and that doing so does not infringe anyone else’s rights or break the law. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of material you care about; you can export your data at any time from your account.

7. AI features and outputs

The Service uses third-party artificial intelligence models to suggest text, generate mindmap outlines and create images such as backgrounds and stylised exports. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or misleading and may not be unique. Review it before relying on it, particularly for study, professional, legal, medical or financial decisions. The Service is not a substitute for professional advice.

Images created with “Artistic Export” are stylised by an AI model; text and fine detail in them may be wrong. Use the standard export when you need a faithful copy of your mindmap.

As between you and us, and to the extent permitted by law, you own the output generated for you from Your Content, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers and the rights of third parties.

8. Acceptable use and fair use

You agree not to:

  • break the law or infringe the rights of others, or submit content that is unlawful, abusive or harmful;
  • attempt to access accounts, data or systems you are not authorised to access, or probe, scan or test the Service’s security;
  • interfere with or overload the Service, or bypass rate limits, usage limits or access controls;
  • scrape, resell, sublicense or provide the Service to third parties as a competing product, or use automated means to extract it at scale;
  • use the Service to generate malware, to deceive or harass people, or to create content that violates the policies of our AI providers.

Subscriptions are intended for normal individual use. AI features, in particular image generation, consume significant resources, so we apply reasonable usage limits and may throttle or restrict usage that is excessive or automated.

9. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, branding and documentation, is owned by Centraflow Pvt Ltd or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for your own purposes while you have an active account and comply with these Terms. No other rights are granted.

10. Availability and changes to the Service

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, change or discontinue features, and we may perform maintenance. If we discontinue a paid feature in a way that materially reduces what you paid for, we will tell you and, where appropriate, offer a pro-rata refund.

11. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or end your access if you materially or repeatedly breach these Terms, if we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse, if a payment cannot be collected, or if we are legally required to.

When your subscription ends you may lose access to the Service’s features. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as ownership, disclaimers, liability and governing law) will survive.

12. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, and we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of AI output and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or right that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you as a consumer.

13. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability to consumers under mandatory consumer protection law.

Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, or for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control (including failures of third-party AI, hosting or network providers). Our total liability to you for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Subject to the next paragraph, the courts of the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

If you are a consumer, you also keep the benefit of the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live, and nothing in these Terms removes your right to bring a claim in the courts of that country. Please contact us first at omar@centraflow.tech so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material we will notify you by email or in the Service before it takes effect. The version that applies to a purchase is the one in effect when you made it. If you do not agree to an update you can cancel before it takes effect; continued use afterwards means you accept it, except where the law requires your express consent.
